Step 1

Fry bacon in oil until crispy.

Chop onion and celery in blender and add to bacon. Fry until soft and well blended.

Add broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium.

Add potato, scallops, haddock, and carrots and cook until potatoes are soft but not mushy.

Add lobster and shrimp and reduce heat to slightly more than simmer.

Melt butter and mix in flour in a large measuring cup. Add milk and mix well.

Add paprika, salt, and pepper.

Add milk to fish mix and cook until heated through. Do not let boil.

Add chopped parsley to finish.

Notes

Makes 16 to 20 servings and freezes extremely well.
