Preparation

1

Personally, I sacrifice a second bun and make it into a nice thick middle but you can cut the bun in 3 but it is tricky. (Better plan for extras if your buns are not very thick..)

2

Place the three bun pieces on a hot pan or griddle with a little butter on the insides, face down, and toast them to a light brown. Set asside but keep pan hot.

3

Devide the ground beef in half and press into two thin patties slightly larger than the bun pressing a little more in the center of the patty as to make it thinner in the middle. When he meat cooks, it will shrink into perfect patty shape

4

Cook the patties in hte hot pan over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes on each side. Salt and pepper lightly.

5

Build the burger in the following stacking order from the bottom up:

6

Bottom bun

7

1 to 2 tbs Big Mac Sauce

8

Finely shredded lettuce

9

American cheese

10

1 hamberger patty

11

Middle bun

12

1 tbs Big Mac Sauce

13

Finely shredded lettuce

14

dash of Finely diced onions

15

3 sliced pickles

16

1 hamberger patty
