Line a 23 x 33 cm (9 x 13 in) baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix the yogurt, mashed banana, cinnamon and lemon zest.

Spread the mixture on the paper in a rectangle about 1 cm (½ in) thick. Scatter the berries and pistachios over it, pressing them in lightly.

Freeze for at least 3 hours, until firm. Break into 12 pieces and serve right away.

Notes

Keeps 1 month in the freezer in an airtight bag. Let stand 5 minutes at room temperature before serving.
