In a 500 ml (2 cup) Mason jar or an airtight container, mix the oats, milk, yogurt, chia and cinnamon.

Top with the berries, close and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.

In the morning, stir and eat cold, or warm for 1 minute in the microwave, without the lid.
